"What forms of payment do you accept?"

Our prices are in US Dollars. PayPal or your Credit card may charge a foreign transaction fee in addition to the exchange rate for foreign transactions. Please contact your lending bank prior to your order for more information on applicable fees.

"What about shipping and handling?”

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the size of your order, and are calculated at current air, ground and US Priority mail rates. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at
USA Delivery to P.O. Box addresses, APO \\/ AE \\/ FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages shipped via the USPS shipping method to Rural Areas or General Delivery must be picked up from the local Post Office, USPS will not deliver to a home address.
Note: FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight options do not deliver on Saturday. Any order placed after 1pm ET will automatically get processed the next business day.

"How long will it take to receive my items?"

Due to COVID-19 standard shipping might take up to 30 days, but we will do the best we can to get your kiddo a Renny Run shirt ASAP! See What about shipping and handling?

"My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?"

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn\'t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

"Can I place bulk orders for my organization?"

Yes! That would be awesome. For orders over 10, please contact and she will set you up.

"Why does the graphic look stained?"

Printful uses a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent or some discoloration. It will disappear after the first wash. REMINDER, CHECK FOR SIZE BEFORE WASH. We will not accept size exchanges after the shirt has been washed. See
Return Exchange Policy.

"Do you charge sales tax?"

Even though Minnesota does not charge sales tax on most clothing, we are required to charge sales tax on out-of-state orders. Depending on your shipping destination, we will collect sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate US state.

"What is your Return/Exchange Policy?"

Since Printful is currently our printing and fulfillment service, please note that we abide by their

Unworn and unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 10 days for store credit. We do not offer cash returns nor do we offer exchanges. Your
store credit will allow you to repurchase a new item. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible
for return.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the
product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later
than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered
at our expense. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are
offered at your expense. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an
updated size.

"Do you offer refunds?"

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

"I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?"

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

"Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?"

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order
number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!*

*Please note that only unworn and unwashed (Please see note under Printful Stains and
Washing) items with tags attached may be returned.Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible
for return.

"Where do I send my returned item?"

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be
returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an
updated address with you.


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a
reshipment to yourself.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of
25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply
of goods made to the consumer\'s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful
reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language,
regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

"How do I know everything went through?"

You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is submitted. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipped email.

"Do you have youth and adult sizes?"

At this time, we are offering young youth and toddler only; however, if you want adult sizes please let us know! Contact She is always there to hear your ideas.
